For patients who use Broadclyst Dispensary:

• Due to current staffing levels in our dispensary, please allow up to 5 working days for your routine repeat prescriptions at this time.
• We will still aim to turn around urgent, acute prescriptions on a same-day basis wherever possible.
• We will keep the situation under review and let you know when we can safely reduce back to a 3-day turnaround.
• Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
